ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, for a period of 12 months, you, Bernard Horsford, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1. You must not carry out any individual Diagnostic or Assessment reports in respect of either ADHD or ASD. This refers to both adults and children and young people.

2. You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of a supervisor, registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 28 days. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.

3. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with to undertake professional work (at the time of application);

C. any prospective employer for professional work (at the time of your application)

4. You must inform the HCPC within seven days of becoming aware of any further client complaint you are involved in.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 23 October 2025 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
