Allegation
The allegation against you is as follows:
As a registered Radiographer (RA77667):
1. On 18 June 2021 you accepted a simple caution from Devon and Cornwall police for common assault, contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
2. You did not inform the HCPC as soon as possible that you had accepted the simple caution in particular 1 above.
3. The matter set out in particular 2 above constitutes misconduct.
4. By reason of the matters set out in Particulars 1 and /or 2 above, your fitness to practise is impaired.
