Order

ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC Register to show that, for a period of 18 months from the date that this Order takes effect (“the Operative Date”), you, Ms Nichola Marner, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1. You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of one or more workplace supervisors located in the same clinical suite, registered by the HCPC as a podiatrist (at the same level as you or above), and supply details of your supervisor(s) to the HCPC within 7 days of the Operative Date.

2. You must attend upon your supervisor at least every 2 weeks and follow their advice and recommendations. Such meetings may be carried out online.

3. You must arrange for a review of your clinical practice by your supervisor every 2 weeks. This should include:

i. Record keeping

ii. Good clinical practice

4. You must provide the HCPC with an amalgamated copy of the reviews at least 7 days prior to any review of this Order.

5. You must not carry out professional work as a sole practitioner

6. You must inform the HCPC within 7 days if you cease to be employed by your current employer.

7. You must inform the HCPC within 7 days if you take up any other or further professional work.

8. You must inform the HCPC within 7 days of becoming aware of:

i. any patient safety incident you are involved in;

ii. any investigation started against you;

iii. and any disciplinary proceedings taken against you.

9. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

i. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

ii. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with to undertake professional work (at the time of application);

iii. any prospective employer for professional work (at the time of your application);

iv. any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training;
