Allegation
As a registered Occupational Therapist (OT73350):
- On 4 April 2022 you were issued with a Conditional Caution from Greater Manchester Police for the offence of assault by beating, in that:
a. On or about 3 April 2022 assaulted Person A by beating, contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988
b. On 3 April 2022 assaulted Person B by beating, contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
2. You did not declare the matter referred to in Particular 1 as soon as possible to: a. HCPC b. HMR Adult Community Services c. Salford Care Organisation
3. Your conduct in relation to Particular 2 was dishonest and / or misleading in that you knew you were supposed to.
4. The matters set out above in Particulars 2 and/or 3 constitute misconduct.
5. By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your caution and/or misconduct.
