As a registered Radiographer (RA30750) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct. In that:

1.Between 2017 and March 2019, your communication and/or behaviour towards your Colleagues was unprofessional and/or bullying and/or intimidating, in that, during a staff meeting, you singled out Colleague 5 for their mobile phone use during working hours.

2. On or around 22 November 2018, you placed a bra on vulnerable Service User A’s head whilst conducting a chest x-ray.

3. On a date before 2019, you asked a student wearing a hijab, “do you have headphones on under that”, or words to that effect.

4. On 20 March 2019 and/or thereafter, you did not self-refer to the HCPC following an enforced change in job role.

5. On 14 October 2019 and/or thereafter, you did not self-refer to the HCPC following the dismissal from your job role.

6. The matters set out in particulars 1 – 5 above constitute misconduct.

7. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
