As a registered Paramedic (PA45074) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct. In that:

1. In relation to Service User 1:

(a) On or about 26 March 2019 you located Service User 1 on social media, namely Facebook and/or looked through photos of Service User 1 on Facebook;

(b) On a date or dates between 5 April 2019 and 10 April 2019, you
contacted Service User 1:
i. on Facebook; and/or
ii. via voice and/or video call.

(c) Between 05 April 2019 and 10 April 2019 you said to Service User 1
“Do not to tell anyone I had contacted you or I will lose my job” or words
to that effect;

(d) Between 05 April 2019 and 10 April 2019 you said to Service User 1
“Get a flat in London and rent a room out to me” or words to that effect;

(e) Between 05 April 2019 and 10 April 2019 you told Service User 1 “I
can see your nipples through your t-shirt” or words to that effect.

(f) Between 05 April 2019 and 10 April 2019 you told Service User 1 “do
not accidently get yourself off” or words to that effect after Service User
1 said they had to change their sanitary item.

2. You pursued Service User 1 in the knowledge that she was a vulnerable
individual.

3. In relation to Colleague 1:

(a) On or about 15 January 2019 you sent Colleague 1 a picture of two
ham cobs and stated “which one are you lol”

(b) On an unknown date you asked colleague 1 to sleep with you, on one
or more occasions;

(c) On or about 14 January 2019 and/or 15 January 2019 and/or 06 April
2019 you sent Colleague 1 messages relating to underwear, stating:
i. “Don’t forget pink too”
ii. “Don’t forget pink??
iii. “Pink”

(d) On one or more occasions you asked Colleague 1 at the start of shift
if she was wearing pink underwear.

(e) On or about 21 April 2019 you sent Colleague 1 the following message
“Hope you wearing bikini?” and/or asked “Where’s my sunbathing pic
lol??”

(f) On an unknown date you brought handcuffs into work and spoke to
Colleague 1 about them in a sexual manner;

(g) On an unknown date or dates you offered to pay off Colleague 1’s
student loan if she slept with you, on one or more occasions;

(h) On an unknown date or dates in or around April 2019 you showed
Colleague 1 pictures of your penis and/or made comments to
Colleague 1 regarding the picture of the penis of a sexual nature.

(i) On an unknown date you watched pornography in front of Colleague
1 whilst on duty.

4. In relation to Colleague 2:

(a) On or about 26 March 2019 you said to Colleague 2:
i. “Service User 1 is fit” or words to that effect; and/or,
ii. “I wouldn’t mind banging her” or words to that effect in respect
of Service User 1.

5. In relation to Colleague 3:

(a) On an unknown date or dates you said to Colleague 3 “if only she was
a couple of years older” or words to that effect when making reference
to passing school age girls.

(b) On an unknown date you said to Colleague 3 “if I could turn this
ambulance into a sex ambulance I would be really successful” and she
would be in the back of here” or words to that effect when making
reference to passing teenage girls;

(c) On an unknown date you said to Colleague 3:
i. “I need to break up with my girlfriend as she does not meet my
needs”
ii. “I wish you would meet my needs” or words to that effect; and/or
iii. “I wish [Colleague 4] would meet my needs” or words to that effect.

(d) On an unknown date or dates spoke to Colleague 3 about getting a
fake ambulance where couples have sex;

(e) On an unknown date you watched pornography in front of Colleague
3 whilst on duty.

6. Your actions as set out in paragraphs 1 - 5 were sexually Motivated.

7. The matters set out in paragraphs 1 – 6 amount to misconduct.

8. By reason of your misconduct, your fitness to practise is impaired.
