The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC Register to show that, from the date of this Order takes effect, you, Daniel Matthew Hill, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1. You must confine your professional practice to one employer.

2. You must not work or be involved in the ownership or management of your own private practice and must not work on a self-employed basis.

3. You must inform any prospective employer for HAD employment of your police cautions prior to commencement of your employment.

4. You must inform the HCPC of the name and address of your employer within 7 days of taking up HAD employment.

5. You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of a HCPC registered HAD and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 21 days of the commencement of your employment. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.

6. Whether seeking employment or employed, you must actively engage in CPD activities relevant to current Hearing Aid Dispenser practice, and keep a record of this engagement and submit it to the HCPC before the review of this Interim Order.

7. You must allow the HCPC to contact your supervisor about your conduct and performance at work prior to each review of this order.

8. You must cease practising immediately if you are advised to do so by a medical professional. You must inform the HCPC within seven days of receiving such advice.

9. You must inform the HCPC within seven days of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by an employer.

10. You must inform any prospective employer at the time of your application for a HAD role of these conditions.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 18 September 2025 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
