The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register to show that, for a period of 18 months, you must comply with the following conditions of practice:
1. You must not work as a lone practitioner in any role which requires HCPC registration.

2. You must immediately inform the HCPC if you take up employment/contractual work as a paramedic for which registration with the HCPC is required.

3. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer/contractor.

4. You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator on starting any paramedic job for which registration by the HCPC is required.

5. You must supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 14 days of accepting any role.

6. The named supervisor must provide you with a report for the HCPC 28 days prior to the next Interim Order Review (and subsequent reviews) confirming a brief synopsis of the work you are carrying out and detailing any concerns as to your conduct/capability.

7. You must arrange for regular meetings with your supervisor to review the following areas of your practice, using a sample of your work:
A. Clinical practice and record keeping
B. Communication skills

8. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work, at the time of appointment;
B. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
C. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and
D. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 20 December 2025 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
