(1) The Interim Suspension Order imposed on 13 May 2022 is confirmed.
(2) Unless a confirmed hearing for the final, substantive hearing has been communicated to the Registrant by the time the next review of the Interim Suspension Order, that review is not to be conducted on the papers. Rather, if no such date has been communicated to the Registrant, the hearing should be an oral hearing a Presenting Officer should attend the hearing and explain on behalf of the HCPC why there has been the delay to date, and when a hearing of the Allegation can realistically be expected to take place.
