Allegation
As a registered physiotherapist (PH40518) your fitness to practice is impaired by reason of your misconduct. In that:
1. During the course of physiotherapy sessions with Service User A in August and September 2022, you made one or more unprofessional comments towards Service User A as set out in Schedule A.
2. During the course of physiotherapy sessions with Service User B between 25 July 2022 and 14 September 2022, you:
a. made one or more unprofessional comments towards Service User B as set out in Schedule B.
3. Your conduct in relation to Particular 1 and/or Particular 2a was:
a. sexual in nature; and/or
b. sexually motivated.
4. The matters set out above in Particulars 1 to 3 constitute misconduct.
5. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
