Allegation
As a registered Radiographer (RA34865):
1 Between June 2021 and October 2021 you;
a. Touched the top of Student B’s chest without asking for their consent.
b. Pushed Student B against the wall and placed their arms behind their back without asking for their consent.
c. Placed your hands on the shoulders and/or chest of Student D without asking for their consent.
2 The matters listed in particular 1 constitute misconduct.
3 By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your misconduct.
