Order

ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register to show that, for a period of 18 months, you, Mr Darren Hales, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1. You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you cease to be employed by your current employer.

2. You must confine your professional practice to work for Mitie Care & Custody.

3. You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 14 days of the date of this order.

4. The named supervisor must provide a report to the HCPC 28 days prior to the next Interim Order Review (and subsequent reviews) confirming a brief synopsis of the work you are carrying out and detailing any concerns as to your conduct/capability.

5. You must arrange for an audit of the following areas of your practice by your supervisor every month:

A. Clinical records

B. You must send the HCPC a copy of the results of each audit within 7 days of receipt.

Notes

This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 22 November 2025 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
