As a registered Paramedic (PA50441), you:

1. On 11 September 2023, whilst on duty, you tested positive for tramadol and/or oxycodone.

2. On 28 August 2023, when asked for a urine sample for a drugs test you:

a. asked Colleague A to provide a urine sample for you to use;

b. provided a urine sample which you claimed to be yours when it in fact belonged to Colleague A.

3. Your actions at 2(a) and / or (b) were dishonest in that you deliberately misrepresented Colleague A’s urine test sample as your own in order to evade taking the drug test.

4. You have a physical and/or mental health condition as set out in Schedule A.

5. The matters set out at particular 1 – 3 above constitutes misconduct.

6. By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your misconduct and/or your health.
