Allegation
As a registered Physiotherapist (PH98290) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct in that:
1. On 12 September 2022, you:
a. Did not offer Patient A a chaperone before or during their consultation.
b. Did not sufficiently explain your actions and/or obtain consent to treatment from Patient A before or during the consultation.
c. Touched Patient A's genital area when it was not clinically indicated.
2. On 11 March 2022, you:
a. Did not offer Patient B a chaperone before or during their consultation.
b. Did not sufficiently explain your actions and/or obtain consent to treatment from Patient B before or during the consultation.
3. On an unknown date in March 2023, without permission or clinical need, you obtained confidential information relating to Patient A for your own personal use.
4. On 4 April 2023, you disclosed confidential information relating to Patient A to a third party, without permission or clinical need.
5. Your conduct in relation to particular 1c was sexual in nature and/or sexually motivated.
6. The matters set out in particulars 1 and/or 2 and/or 3 and/or 4 and/or 5 above constitute misconduct.
7. By reason of your misconduct, your fitness to practise is impaired.
