Order

ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC Register to show that, for a period of 18 months, on an interim basis, you CHINEDU EMMANUEL ANYANWU must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1.    You must confine your professional practice to a substantive post in an NHS hospital, under a contract for no less than three months.

2.    You must not carry out locum or agency work.

3.    You must not carry out intimate imaging of male patients.

4.    Except in life threatening emergencies, you must not be involved in the direct provision of services to male patients without a chaperone.

5.    You must not undertake any out-of-hours work or on-call duties.

6.    You must not carry out professional work in a private practice setting.

7.    You must not be involved in the ownership or management of your own private practice or a joint private practice with others.

8.    You must not be involved with the provision of professional work within the prison or criminal justice system.

9.    You must not be involved with the provision of professional work within care homes or specialist hospitals.

10.    You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of workplace supervisor, registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator, and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within one month of the operative date, or within 28 days of you starting work, whichever is the later. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.

11.    You must request your workplace supervisor provides a report to the HCPC at least 14 days before any review of this Interim Conditions of Practice Order.

12.    You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you cease to be employed by your employer 

13.    You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you take up any other or further professional work.

14.    You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you are the subject of any complaints.

15.    You must inform the HCPC within seven days of any capability or disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

16.    You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

a.    Any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
b.    Any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

17.    You must allow the HCPC to share information with any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work.

Notes

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 20 August 2026 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
