Allegation
As a registered Paramedic (PA43785) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct and/or health. In that:
1. On 19 December 2018, in the Family Court at Luton you were issued with anonmolestationorder, that you should not attempt to contact and/or communicate with Person A, made under section 42 of the Family Law Act 1996.
2. You did not inform the HCPC in a timely mannerthat your employer ***** ******* Services had suspended you from your workplace;
3. On or around 20 August 2019, during the Health and Care Professions Council registration renewal process you signed the renewal form and youdeclared that “ Since my last registration there has been no change relating to my good character (this includes any conviction or caution, if any, that you are required to disclose), or any change to my health that may affect my ability to practise safely and effectively”, when this was not the case.
4. Your conduct in relation to allegations 2 and 3 above was dishonest.
5. The matters set out inallegation1, 2, 3 and 4 above constitute misconduct.
6. By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
