The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 3 September 2025 is confirmed.

1. You must restrict your employment to a single, substantive employer and provide details of the employer to the HCPC within 7 days of commencement.

2. You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator, and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within one month of the Operative Date. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.

3. You must work under direct supervision until your workplace supervisor indicates that you have completed all required competencies.

4. You must request your workplace supervisor to provide a report on your progress to the HCPC at least 14 days before any review of this Interim Conditions of Practice Order.

5. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any capability or disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

6. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

   a. Any organisation or person employing you to undertake professional work;

   b. Any prospective employer (at the time of your application);

   c. Any organisation through which you are undertaking professional training;

   d. The occupational health provider for your current employer.

 7. You must allow the HCPC to share information with any organisation or person employing you to undertake professional work.

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 9 September 2026 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.

Right to Apply to the Court
Under Article 31(12) of the Health Professions Order 2001, you may apply to the appropriate court to revoke or vary the conditions imposed.
