Order
ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 22 May 2025 is varied. The Conditions are:
1. You must confine your professional practice to work for Mitie Care & Custody.
2. You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you cease to be employed by your current employer.
3. You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 14 days of the date of this order.
4. You must obtain a report from your supervisor detailing your clinical practice and conduct and provide this report to the HCPC 14 days prior to the next Interim Order Review (and subsequent reviews).
Notes
This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 30 June 2026, or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
