Allegation
As a registered Chiropodist Podiatrist (CH31669):
1. On or after 30 July 2024, you did not provide Service User A with their scans in a sufficient format and / or in a timely manner.
2. On 30 July 2024, your manner towards the Complainant was dismissive and uninterested.
3. On 22 November 2024, during a telephone conversation with Service User A:
a. You raised your voice and/or shouted at Service User A for contacting the HCPC;
b. You told Service User A they “are not a nice person” or words to that effect;
c. You said to Service User A that they were “now going to trash your business” or words to that effect.
4. The matters set out in paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 above constitute misconduct.
5. By reason of the matters set out above your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct.
