Sanctions Policy

When considering, what, if any sanction to impose the Panel will have regard to the HCPC sanctions policy. The policy does not set a fixed 'tariff' of sanctions but is intended to help Panels make fair, consistent and transparent decisions. Panels are free to deviate from that policy but are expected to provide clear reasons for doing so. |

We recently consulted on updates to this policy. The revised version, which you can download on the consultation page, will come into effect on 2 March 2026.
