1. The Panel, on application by Ms Angliss, decided to sit wholly in private, pursuant to Rule 10, because the case is a Health case and entirely concerns the Registrant’s health, which is a private matter. As such, this is a redacted public copy of the private decision.

2. In the circumstances, the Panel was satisfied that the public is adequately protected by the proposed course and public confidence in the profession would not be undermined. The appropriate balance of interests was therefore struck by acceding to the proposal.
