The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that for a period of 18 months, you, Miss Nicole Roberts, must comply with the following interim conditions of practice:
1. You must restrict your Occupational Therapist practice to working in a non-patient-facing role.
2. You must inform within 14 days the following parties that your registration is subject to the interim condition listed at (1) above:
• any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake occupational therapy care and services;
• any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application);
• any prospective employer (at the time of application).
Notes
This Interim Order will be reviewed by 23 September 2022.
