ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 23 March 2022 is confirmed. Miss Nicole Roberts, must comply with the following interim conditions of practice:
1. You must restrict your Occupational Therapist practice to working in a non-patient-facing role.
2. You must inform within 14 days the following parties that your registration is subject to the interim condition listed at (1) above:
⦁ any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake occupational therapy care and services;
⦁ any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application);
⦁ any prospective employer (at the time of application).
Notes
This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 03 February 2023 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
