The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 10 March 2022, and as varied on 15 August 2023, is confirmed. The Conditions are:

(1) In respect of any activities for which your HCPC Registration is required, you are not to be involved in financial transactions or receipt of payment from customers.

(2) You are to confine any work for which your HCPC Registration is required to work in a clinic setting. Without prejudice to the generality of this condition, this means that you are not to make home visits or offer domiciliary services.

(3) To promptly notify the HCPC of any change in your employed practice, including taking up any further employment.

(4) You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and

C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 13 February 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
