Order: The Registrar is directed to annotate the HCPC Register to show that, for a period of 18 months from the date that this order takes effect (the Operative Date), you Hussein Mohey Mahmoud Amin, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1.You must not carry out work involving the use of patient equipment for manual handling purposes unless directly supervised by a professional registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator.

2. You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision by a HCPC registered physiotherapist and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within 14 days of the Operative Date. You must attend upon that supervisor every 2 weeks and follow their advice and recommendations in the following areas: assessment, information gathering, clinical reasoning, safe interventions, treatment planning.

3. Such supervision may not be carried out online. Practice must be observed by the supervisor and any report must include the reporter’s observations on that practice. At a minimum, the supervisor must observe the Registrant with two patients every two weeks.

4. You must allow your supervisor to send reports to the HCPC every two months beginning with the conclusion of the first calendar month after the effective date.

5. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

i. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

ii. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with to undertake professional work (at the time of application);

iii. any prospective employer for professional work (at the time of your application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 26 September 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
