Order
The Interim Conditions of Practice Order imposed on 24 November 2023 is varied. The Registrant will be subject to the following conditions:
1) You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with to undertake professional work (at the time of application);
C. any prospective employer for professional work (at the time of your application).
2) You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you take up any professional work.
3) You must inform the HCPC within seven days of becoming aware of:
A. any investigation started against you;
B. any disciplinary proceedings taken against you; and
C. any workplace grievance brought against you.
4) You must inform your general practitioner (GP) about these conditions of practice and obtain a report from your GP to provide to the HCPC, within four weeks prior to each review – for the next review this would be no later than 31 July 2024.
5) You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator. If your supervisor changes, you must supply details of any new supervisor to the HCPC within one month of such a change.
6) You must meet with your workplace supervisor on a monthly basis and follow their advice and recommendations with regards to
1) communication with colleagues;
2) professionalism in the workplace; and
3) maintaining professional boundaries.
You must obtain and provide a report from your workplace supervisor to the HCPC to provide information about your progress towards achieving the aims set out in Condition 6, within four weeks prior to each review – for the next review this would be no later than 31 July 2024.
7) You must continue to formulate and develop a personal development plan to evidence continuous professional development addressing the following areas:
1. communication with colleagues;
2. professionalism in the workplace; and
3. maintaining professional boundaries.
You must discuss this plan with your workplace supervisor at your monthly meetings.
8) You must provide a copy of the updated development plan to the HCPC, within four weeks prior to each review – for the next review this would be no later than 31 July 2024.
9) You must not contact former colleagues from Totally PLC of Vocare.
10) You must limit your communications with workplace colleagues to communications relating to workplace issues.
11) Any condition requiring you to provide any information to the HCPC is to be met by your sending the information to the HCPC and Blake Morgan LLP, marked for the attention of the relevant Case Manager.
Notes
This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 21 August 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
