Order
The Interim Conditions of Practice Order imposed on 11 April 2024 is varied. It is now in the following terms:
The Registrar is directed to place Conditions of Practice, on the name of Ms Rachael Hardy, on an interim basis, for a period of 18 months. The conditions are as follows:
1) Should you work in the role of a registered Paramedic, you must confine your practice to a single employer, which must not include either a private sector supplier or an agency.
2) You must not carry out any patient-facing duties as a registered Paramedic until such time as you are approved by an Occupational Health specialist as fit to do so.
3) Upon any return to any patient-facing duties as a registered Paramedic, you must not carry out any solo responding.
4) You must register with and remain under the care of a General Practitioner and Occupational Health specialist and inform them that you are subject to these conditions.
5) You must authorise your General Practitioner and Occupational Health specialist to provide the HCPC with information about your health and any treatment you are receiving.
6) You must arrange for the provision of reports from your General Practitioner and Occupational Health specialist and/or your employer to the HCPC fourteen days prior to any review hearing. These reports should cover compliance with treatment and current fitness to practise.
7) You must cease practising as a registered Paramedic immediately if you are advised to do so by your Occupational Health specialist. You must inform the HCPC within seven days of receiving this advice.

9) In the event that you resume work in the role of a registered Paramedic, you must inform the HCPC within seven days if you cease to be employed by your then current employer.
10) You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B. the Occupational Health provider for any current employer.
11) You must allow the HCPC to share, as necessary, details about your performance, compliance with, and/or progress under these conditions with:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B. any prospective employer for professional work (at the time of your application);
