The Registrar is directed to annotate the register entry for Mr Lee Stratton to show that the Interim Suspension Order imposed for a period of 18 months on 6 September 2024 is replaced by the following Interim Conditions of Practice Order:

Mr Lee Stratton, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1. You must confine your professional practice as a Paramedic to working for one substantive employer and you must not carry out any agency or locum work in that capacity.

2. You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of a workplace supervisor who is registered with the HCPC or other statutory regulator.

3. You must supply details of this supervisor to the HCPC within 14 days of doing so. You must attend supervision with your supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.

4. You must meet with your supervisor once a month and work with your supervisor to discuss your decision making in respect of your caseload and your adherence to HCPC standards of professional conduct.

5. You must allow your supervisor to provide information to the HCPC about your progress in managing your caseload and your adherence to professional standards and provide a report to the HCPC no later than 14 days before any review hearing.

6. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

7. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

a) Any organisation or person, employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
b) Any agency you are registered with, or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and
c) Any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 29 October 2025, or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.

Right to Apply to the Court
Under Article 31(12) of the Health Professions Order 2001, you may apply to the appropriate court to revoke or vary the conditions imposed.
