ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order is confirmed.

1. You must confine your professional practice to employment as a newly qualified Paramedic or to voluntary work as a Paramedic.

2. Whilst working or volunteering as a Paramedic you must work under the direct supervision of a registered Paramedic and provide the HCPC before each review of this Interim Order with a report from your supervisor relating to your current practice.

3. You must inform the HCPC if you take up employment or volunteer as a paramedic and provide details of your employer or voluntary organisation.

4. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. any organisation or person employing, contracting with you, or allowing you to volunteer to undertake professional work;

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application);

C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application); and

D. any prospective voluntary organisation (at the time of your application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 29 April 2026 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
