ORDER: The Registrar is directed to confirm the current Interim Conditions of Practice Order.

 

Whilst working in any role in which the registered title of Physiotherapist is required:


1. You must not work as a lone practitioner.
2. You must immediately inform the HCPC if you take up employment/contractual work.
3. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer/contractor.
4. You must inform any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work, at the time of appointment, that your registration is subject to these conditions.

Notes

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 5 October 2023 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.

Right to Apply to the Court
Under Article 31(12) of the Health Professions Order 2001, you may apply to the appropriate court to revoke or vary the conditions imposed.
