As a registered Physiotherapist (PH102333) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of
misconduct In that:
1. On 26 September 2015 you:
a. Attempted to penetrate Person A’s **** without her consent;
b. Penetrated Person A’s ****** without her consent;
2. Strangled Person A and/or pressed hard on Person A’s neck.
3. The matter described at paragraphs 1 and/or 2 constitutes misconduct.
4. By reason of your misconduct, your fitness to practise as a Physiotherapist is impaired.
