ORDER:
The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 28 February 2023 is varied and the amended conditions are:

1. Whilst you are in a paid or unpaid physiotherapy role, you must have at least monthly supervision sessions with your workplace supervisor, mentor or line manager who must be a HCPC registered Physiotherapist of Band 6 or above.

2. At your monthly supervision sessions, you should discuss the following:
• your performance in respect of your practice; and
• your progress towards achieving the objectives in your Personal Development Plan,
and follow the advice and recommendations given to you by your workplace supervisor, mentor or line manager.

3. You must supply details of your workplace supervisor, mentor or line manager to the HCPC within 14 days of the Operative Date.

4. You must continue to work on your Personal Development Plan with your workplace supervisor, mentor or line manager in
meeting the areas that have been identified in your supervision sessions.

5. Within three months of the Operative Date you must forward a copy of your Personal Development Plan to the HCPC.

6. Prior to any review, you should provide a report from your workplace supervisor, mentor or line manager covering your performance in respect of your practice, and in achieving the objectives set out within your Personal Development Plan.

7. You must allow your workplace supervisor, mentor or line manager to provide information to the HCPC about your performance in respect of your practice and in achieving the objectives set out within your Personal Development Plan.

8. You will be responsible for meeting any and all costs associated with complying with these conditions.

9. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you commence employment, cease to be employed by an employer or take up any other or further employment.

10. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

11. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
• any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
• any agency you are registered with or applied to be registered with (at the time of application); and
• any prospective employer (at of the time of your application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 1 March 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
