The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 19 October 2023 is confirmed and varied. The amended conditions are:

(i) The Registrant must meet with a workplace supervisor, registered with the HCPC, or other appropriate statutory regulator, on a monthly basis. Such meetings should address, but are not limited to reviewing record keeping, clinical decision making, caseload management and data protection.
(ii) The Registrant should provide a written report from her workplace supervisor 7 days before each review hearing of this Interim Conditions of Practice Order.
(iii) The Registrant is to complete all mandatory training and provide an update to the Panel with evidence of any training completed 7 days before each review hearing of this Interim Conditions of Practice Order.
(iv) The Registrant is to provide a written reflective piece based on the current interim order review period. The reflective piece may include clinical reasoning, record keeping and data protection, including any lessons learnt from mandatory training. This is to be provided 7 days before each review hearing of this Interim Conditions of Practice Order.

This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 18 January 2025, or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
