Mr Benjamin Shepherd

As a registered Paramedic (PA45801):

1. Between around May 2020 and August 2020 you showed a photograph of yourself, in which part of your genitals were visible, to Colleague B and/ or Colleague D without their consent.
2. On 7 November 2020 you showed Colleague C a photograph of your genitals, without their consent.

3. Between around May 2020 and 31 December 2021 you:

a) Told Colleague B and/ or Colleague H and/ or Colleague D that you had “not had blow job for 7 years”, or words to that effect.

4. Between around 22 September 2021 and 1 October 2021, whilst on shift, you stated that, in respect of Service User A’s wife, she “takes love honey” and/ or she is a “a goer” and/ or “I bet she’s getting all the rugby players over when [Service User A] is gone” or words to that effect.

5. Between around 22 September 2021 and 1 October 2021, you stuck your middle finger up at Service User D.

6. Between around 22 September 2021 and 1 October 2021, you told Service User D’s carer that you wanted to take them “into the toilet for a date” and/ or that you were going to “give her a good time” or words to that effect.

7. Your conduct in relation to any or all of particulars 3b and 6 above was sexually motivated.

8. Your conduct in relation to any or all of particulars 1, 2, 3a, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f and 4 above was sexual in nature.

9. The matters set out in any or all of paragraphs 1 – 8 above constitute misconduct.

10. By reason of the matters set out above, your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your misconduct.
