ORDER:  The Interim Conditions of Practice Order imposed on 19 May 2025, varied on 14 October 2025 and confirmed on 16 April 2026 is varied as follows;

1. Whilst employed or self-employed, you must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervision of an appropriate workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory healthcare regulator and supply details of your supervisor to the HCPC within two weeks of starting work.  You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations.

2. You must have at least weekly contact with your supervisor or a person delegated by them who must be a registered healthcare professional. 

3. You must have monthly meetings with your supervisor on a face-to face basis to discuss your progress.

8. You must notify the HCPC not less than seven days in advance of any new employment or contractual engagement as a Physiotherapist, giving details of the name of the employer and the nature of that employment.

9. Before the next review of this Interim Order, you must provide evidence of:

c) A report from your supervisor commenting on your progress.

10. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

a) any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;

b) any prospective employer for professional work (at the time of your application);

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 08 October 2026 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
